Josh, a self professed excel nerd, has been working in the accounting and finance industry for 10 years with exposure ranging from audit, financial system design and testing to financial management and financial modelling. Josh joined StructureIt in 2018 to centralise all accounting functions, to provide control and oversight over the Finance Function, ensure efficient allocation of capital and to provide access to key management information in a highly consumable manner. Josh is responsible for the operational, financial, risk and compliance aspects of the business.
Stuart has wide-ranging experience in building enterprise level software. Starting his career as a developer, he has also worked in systems analysis, solutions architecture, business consulting and pre-sales roles. From 2007 he has focused on project management and leading global development, implementation and support teams. Stuart joined StructureIt in 2018 to focus on project delivery and client relationship management.
Itay has been in the software industry for over 15 years, leading development teams and architecting software solutions. Before joining StructureIt in 2011, Itay worked in various fields including GIS, backup and synchronization solutions, gaming and social networks. Since joining StructureIt, Itay has developed and architected several products in the securitisation field. From 2015 he has lead a big data platform development and advanced analytics technology engineering project.
Kate has been a part of the banking industry since 2005, starting her career within the Information security and trading system production support. Following this, she spent 11 years in the People Function across both the retail and Global Market businesses of a Specialist Bank. Before joining StructureIt, Kate implemented a Corporate Banking platform to allow clients to execute both domestic, international payments and Foreign exchange settlements. In 2019, Kate joined StructureIt to help grow the People Function while focusing on culture and strategy implementation.
Cath started her career in the field of energy and financial risk management software, specialising in credit risk management across both banking and trading products. Having worked in global sales and presales, she went into running the credit and ALM risk management software lines for IBM. In 2018, Cath joined StructureIt to help manage and grow key client relationships.
