Information we may collect from or about you

Personal data we collect is stored and processed on servers located in Ireland (Microsoft Azure, North Europe region), and in South Africa (Microsoft Azure, South Africa North region; AWS, Africa (Cape Town) region), US-west 1 and 2 (Microsoft Azure,
East US (N. Virginia); East US 2; West US 2; West US), AWS (us-west-2 (Oregon); us-east-2 (Ohio); us-east-1 (N. Virginia).

2. Applicable frameworks

We seek to comply with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, the EU GDPR, the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa, the Data Protection Act 2017 in Mauritius, the Privacy Act 2020 in New Zealand, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and DPDP Rules 2025 in India, and applicable US state privacy laws (there’s no single US federal privacy law, so you’d want to say “state laws” rather than imply one national statute).

3. Third-party processors and international transfers

We use third-party providers including Google Analytics (GA4) and Apollo for analytics and sales insight purposes, which may process personal data in the United States. Where we transfer personal data outside the UK/EEA, we maintain appropriate safeguards, featuring Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and Data Processing Agreements for each provider. While we do not routinely hold a UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum, these mechanisms remain available and can be executed if required for specific UK data transfers.

Uses made of the information

We use information held about you in the following ways:

• To ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
